                 Hey, I'm Marisa and my wonderful husband is Vinnie. We've been together for over 15 years as high school sweethearts. We recently just welcomed our son into the world who we are excited to show the entrepreneurial world to one day. I started out as a high school scooper at a local ice cream parlor in Chester, NJ. Then, while I was getting my bachelor's in business marketing, I really felt comfortable at my job and they worked around my school schedule well. As I was going on career interviews, the opportunity of owning the ice cream parlor came up. I've always wanted to own a business, but never thought it was possible that young. Well, God was on my side because it happened and now 7 years later of owning the business has been a dream come true. That being said, on the way to work every day, what was I grabbing before I did ANYTHING? OFC, a COFFEE, from all the amazing coffee shops around me. Which leads me to Cream & Sugar. That dream when I was a child was never an ice cream parlor owner. It was a small cafe with black awnings like you envision on movie scenes. I wish we could be on a cute street in France or Italy, but even better, we are in the center of a beautiful community right here in Randolph, NJ. My husband & I thought it would be a good idea to combine what we know to be good at already in a town that may need it, & learn to be great at something new that excites us both. Our mornings begin with coffee beans every day at home. I’m the fun, exotic latte kinda girl and he’s the straight up, highest quality espresso shot kinda guy. For this shop, we want to bring you to a place that could be your every day stop before work, your leisure break, your curb for that craving, or your family & friend time well spent with an exciting treat alongside. Between specialty coffee, delicious meal type snacks, and homemade old fashion ice cream, we hope to sure be the friendly place you would call your own. Making memories has always been a part of our life together. We hope our customers feel like they could make memories in our store to hold on to too. Life is so short sometimes, and happiness makes it worth it. Stop for the coffee, Eat the snack, and Enjoy the ice cream cone. We can’t wait to see & get to know you!
